Swami had performed innumerable miracles .These miracles were to show people 

that ,there exists in this world something which is beyond any explanations 
.The above saying puts it more precisely than I  ever could . 

                                Once Swami showed us how HE was always with 
his devotees by curing  a devotee's father .This gentleman was a doctor by 
profession .He suffered a hear attack in the year 1978.The medical facility 
available then were not as technologically advanced as it is today .The 
patient was rushed to the hospital –a fairly well equipped one .The 
relatives were informed that it was 'mio cordialinfraction'.This did not in 
anyway reassure the relatives .These high sounding medical terms were Greek 
and Latin to them .In general they understood that the situation was not too 
good ,and the patient was in a really serious condition. 

                             On hearing the doctors diagnosis and 
understanding that the patient's fate would be known only after a lapse of 
72 hours ,one of them, a devotee of Swami prayed ardently to HIM .On opening 
his eyes the devotee perceived SWAMI entering the hospital .The son did not 
know who had informed Swami ,but felt that his father would certainly 
recover now that Swami was there .Swami  standing beside the son told him 
that He –Swami was going to be beside the patient and he did not want 
anybody to disturb HIM .Swami sat with the patient continuously for 36 hours 
came out and pronounced "jeyichuttar"-meaning the patient had won the battle 
of life and death .The people around including the doctors were astounded at 
the miraculous recovery of the patient .The fact that the patient's 
condition became stable and he had totally recovered was  indeed a miracle 
when medically ,the  patient was to be kept under observation for 72 hours 
and even then the chances of recovery were not much .The patient himself  a 
doctor had suspected that he was suffering from 'anorysm'-thickening of the 
valves aired his views on the subject adding how it was a serious condition 
.Swami on hearing this told the patient ,"It was I who was inside so it 
cannot happen "which proved to be true . 

                               Another instance is how Swami's assurance of 
finding a bridegroom to a devotee's daughter proved to be true .The lady 
while attending her niece's wedding ,sitting alone was wondering when her 
daughter would be married .The reason for the worry was that none of the 
horoscopes matched her daughter's .Swami on seeing this came beside her and 
told her not to worry .The marriage will take place soon and the bridegroom 
would be one who was working with wires .Those around this lady started 
discussing who could it possibly be ,for they did not have any horoscope in 
hand and it did not seem possible to get one in the near future .Moreover 
,what did Swami mean by working with wires ?These cryptic utterances though 
puzzling were a balm to the lady's worried heart . 

                                 Some time later ,the girl's marriage was 
fixed and went off  well .During  a conversation on how this happened so 
suddenly ,some one remembered Swami's words .,but HE had said that the 
bridegroom would be one working with wires ,but this groom was an engineer 
.The answer to this question was given by one of the guests .The groom was 
and even to this day working with the telephones .The "wire "mystery was 
solved . 

                                Another miracle was how Swami blessed a 
childless couple .This couple had been married for some years without any 
issues .The wife is a very ardent devotee of Swami .She had a dream of Swami 
.In the dream Swami pronounced that she would get "selvam"(wealth),and asked 
her to do SRI RAMA POOJA .The  dream ended there .When she came to madras 
next ,she wanted a clarification of the words from Swami .She met Swami and 
told him about the dream and also informed him that she was not one to 
aspire for 'selvam'as she was already blessed with enough by HIS grace 
.Hearing her out Swami smiled and asked her whether she had any  children 
.When she replied in the negative ,Swami asked her to get a SRI RAMA picture 
.On coming home opening a souvenir which her husband had bought from work 
,she saw the exact picture of Sri Ramar Pattabhishekam ,which she had seen 
in her dreams .Immediately her brother arranged it to be mounted and the 
next day she took it to Swami to get HIS blessings .On completion of the 
pooja which SWAMI had asked her to perform ,she had  a beautiful daughter 
.She has been blessed with another daughter after a year and a half . 

                                    These are only some of the miracles 
wrought by Swami .Being Swami's devotee 

Mr. Sekar ,suggested to Swami to give lectures on how mountains can be moved 
if only people had Faith. Swami just smiled on hearing this suggestion .One 
fine evening SWAMI announced that he was starting a lecture session on the 
terrace of the lodge he was living in . 

.The very first lecture of  Swami left an indelible impression on those who 
had assembled . Swami narrated a story . It was about a  procession –a grand 
one with elephants ,maharajas atop them and the mahouts .At the end he asked 
the gathering who they would like to be ,the elephant?,or the rider on it 
?The people around kept silent .Swami himself answered the question .He said 
'If you want to be the rider controlling all that you survey ,well you are 
well versed in the ways and do not need a guide .your path is marked ,but if 
you are the elephant there is the mahout ,who knows and understands the 
needs of the elephant and guides it on the right path.Likewise if you want 
to be an elephant ,there is GOD above you to guide you through a Guru 
–Teacher in all your travails in life and smoothen your path ,But if you are 
the rider –the know all –well –you have the answer-you are the 
engineer of  your 
own destiny . 

These lectures continued for some time .The people assembled to hear SWAMI's 
discourses  felt blessed and benefited by his teachings. 

                                                    Let me conclude this 
with these words
